Wow - Lindsey is absolutely the full package of creativity and organization! She has fabulous, can-do energy, is extremely well-connected, and is the most joyous person we've ever met. She helped us meticulously plan our daughter's wedding at Hutton Brickyards, creating a magical setting from a blank slate, that so many of our guests called "the best wedding they've ever been to." From our very first phone call, we knew she was the one to carry out our daughter's wedding vision. Not only has she cultivated a group of incredibly talented vendors she trusts implicitly, but she adds her artistic creativity into every aspect of the process. She kept her finger on the pulse of our daughter's design hopes, ensuring we were all on track, and offered suggestions that enhanced every phase of the wedding. We will never be able to sing Lindsey Kleidman's praises loud enough. She helped us plan a multi-day, multicultural Hindu-Christian wedding at Cedar Lakes Estate in just seven months — and somehow made it feel easy, exciting, and completely us. This was Lindsey’s first time planning a wedding with both Hindu and Christian traditions, and she leaned in wholeheartedly. She was genuinely curious, eager to learn, and incredibly thoughtful every step of the way. Lindsey is the perfect blend of warm and patient, upbeat and open-minded, while also being decisive and completely on top of everything. Working with Lindsey & Wildflower Events & Design was the best decision we made for our wedding! Lindsey made our vision of a weekend full of celebrations come to life! From a disco-themed welcome party to a pickleball tournament, Lindsey ran with our crazy ideas. With regular meetings, she ensured that we were all on the same page, brought amazing design ideas forward, & curated a stellar group of vendors. Lindsey was invaluable on-site with coordinating vendors & our families to keep everything on schedule. She allowed us to be fully present & truly enjoy our special day. We recently had the opportunity to work with Lindsey and the team at Wildflower Events & Design for our wedding at Gather Greene and I am not exaggerating when I say we could not have done it without Lindsey. From the first intro call, Lindsey immediately put us at ease with her positive energy, her real talk, and her ability to completely "get" our vision / vibe. She makes you feel like you're planning your wedding with your best friend. Lindsey is with you every step of the way through the wedding planning process, digging in with you to find the vendor team of your dreams (which, trust me, she does - still not over ours), bring your design vision to life, and make sure every minute detail of your wedding weekend is planned to a tee.
